Allegacy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Content Creation Manager to lead storytelling that strengthens our brand across digital channels. This hands-on role involves finding member and employee stories, conducting interviews, shooting and editing video, and delivering engaging content from concept to final cut.

The ideal candidate has a track record of producing high-quality multimedia content, can manage projects end-to-end, and thrives in a collaborative environment that values community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of content creation, video production and multimedia storytelling experience.
• Experience managing projects from concept through final delivery.
• Proven ability to identify compelling narratives and translate them into engaging visual content.

Responsibilities

• Identify, capture, and produce stories that showcase members, employees, businesses, community partnerships, and organizational impact.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, website, email, internal communications, and executive communications.
• Adapt stories into multiple formats and channel-specific assets for social media, email marketing, and website content.
• Coordinate shoots, interviews, locations, schedules, and production logistics; organize digital asset libraries and editing timelines.
