Job summary

Mountainside Fitness in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Content Creator and Event Coordinator to grow our social audience, craft engaging website content, and support online and offline marketing including in-club events and grand openings. This hands-on role requires regular video editing, graphic design, content writing, and on-site event support, with a portfolio needed to prove measurable results.

Qualifications

Proven track record growing and engaging social media accounts.
Ability to show performance metrics (growth, reach, engagement, video views).
Portfolio required (managed accounts, short-form video, performance examples).
Experience managing organic social media, reputation management and content calendars (HubSpot preferred).
Strong short-form video creation/editing skills (CapCut, Premiere or similar).
Graphic design experience to support a Senior Designer on design production (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
Ability to create clean, on-brand social and marketing graphics.

Responsibilities

Capture, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Manage daily social publishing, community engagement, and content calendars through HubSpot.
Create short-form video, social graphics, and other branded content showcasing Mountainside Fitness.
