Job summary

IW Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Multimedia Art Director who bridges culture, ideas, design, and technology. You’ll craft integrated campaigns, social content, and digital experiences with a Gen Z and AAPI audience focus, and you’ll experiment with generative AI to push ideation and execution.

Collaborate with writers, strategists, producers, and other designers, present ideas clearly, and own multiple projects with a strong point of view.

Qualifications

2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, art direction, advertising, social creative, content creation, or a related discipline.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and strong execution.
A strong eye for design, typography, composition, visual storytelling, and craft.
Demonstrated ability to develop original, surprising, and culturally relevant creative ideas.

Responsibilities

Concept and create original ideas for integrated campaigns, social content, activations, digital experiences, pitches, and other brand expressions.
Think social-first and create ideas native to platforms and communities.
Design with a strong point of view across static, motion, video, digital, and social formats.
Use AI as a creative tool to enhance ideation, exploration, and production while maintaining craft.
