Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking a full-time 10-month Division Assistant for the Multilingual Learning Division for the 2025-2026 school year. The role supports efficient operation of the office and collaboration with teachers and administrators.

Responsibilities include processing confidential documents, coordinating communications, assisting with assessments, arranging substitutes, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications

• High School or college degree required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents and the community.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional discretion.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares written communication as requested (memos, minutes, reports, schedules).
• Prepares and maintains records and reports (budgets, timesheets, forms).
• Assist in the management and operation of the assessment process.
• Coordinate substitutes in the Division with the Director’s Assistant.
• Assist in managing communications from the Division, including welcoming visitors.
• Assist in ordering and managing office supplies and materials.
