Cheney Public School District 360 is seeking a Multilingual Learner Teacher (ELL/ELD/ESL) for the 2026-27 school year. This 1.0 FTE position supports students across buildings with co-teaching and sheltered instruction as part of the Teaching & Learning team.

Starting immediately, salary ranges from $59,028 to $115,278 per year, with benefits and professional development funds. Requirements include WA state certification with ELL endorsement and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Teacher Certificate with ELL/ELD/ESL endorsement.
• Valid Washington State Driver License and personal transportation.
• WSP/FBI criminal history background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate identification and assessment of multilingual learners.
• Collaborate with general education teachers in co-planning and co-teaching.
• Translate lesson plans into learning experiences to best utilize instruction time.
• Maintain student progress records and compliance with district requirements.
