Your Role as a Drybar Hair Stylist:

As a Drybar hairstylist, your mission is clear:

• Create Stunning Blowouts:Craft impeccable blowouts that leave our clients feeling fabulous.
• Exceed Client Expectations:Deliver a top-notch client experience that goes above and beyond.
• Product Advocacy:Share your passion by recommending and selling products, tools, and memberships.
• Shop Maintenance:Contribute to keeping our shop in tip-top shape – from dusting and cleaning to restocking products and maintaining a pristine environment.
• Team Engagement:Be an active part of our tight-knit team, participating in regular meetings to stay connected and informed.

What We're Looking for in a Drybar Hair Stylist:

• Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian is required.

• A current and valid cosmetology license.

• Must be able to work Thursday through Sunday (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Willingness to work early opening shifts (6:45am, 7:45am, or 8:45am) or closing shifts (ending at 5:15pm–7:15pm)

• Exceptional hair styling and finishing skills that make heads turn.
• A genuine desire to provide outstanding service that makes clients smile.
• Excellent communication skills for building lasting relationships.
• Drive, motivation, and a strong team player mentality.
