Qualifications

• Desire to work with multilingual students and families to support academic growth and personal well‑being.
• Familiarity with Westfield’s social services and understanding of family dynamics.
• Preferred language proficiency of families; work outside school hours.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
• Performance evaluated in accordance with Westfield Public School evaluation procedures, observations by WHS Administration, and student/family feedback.

• Provide enrichment and assistance to students in small groups or one-on-one to meet school expectations.
• Communicate with school staff regarding family and student progress and needs as necessary.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Superintendent or designee.
• Grant-funded: Rate of $36 per hour for up to 100 hours through August 21, 2026.
