Qualifications

• Five years related work experience.
• Three years’ experience in business technology preferred.
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish, including exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and content management systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in content governance, taxonomy, metadata, and scalable content frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, discovery, delivery, and ongoing optimization of multilingual content experiences across the Vanguard Workplace Solutions (VWS).
• Define content priorities, scope, roadmaps, and implementation plans with Product and Technology teams.
• Serve as SME for multilingual content strategy, governance, and language experience governance.
• Establish and maintain content governance frameworks, workflows, and guidelines.
• Champion language experience quality by reviewing translations and ensuring brand alignment and accessibility.
• Develop and manage multilingual content libraries, taxonomies, and content fragment models.
• Define and execute content management strategies using AEM and related platforms.
• Oversee content authoring, publishing, governance, and maintenance in AEM On-Prem and Cloud environments.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, governance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve content strategy and operations.
• Mentor less experienced crew members on best practices.
