Qualifications

• Understand manufacturing process, daily operation, material handling, quality criteria, safety issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot processes and operate multiple machines.
• Familiarity with quality systems and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate press room equipment while maintaining run rates and quality standards.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges for SPC charting and quality control.
• Enter data and track operations using Plexus software.
• Maintain material traceability through heat numbers and tags.
• Operate hi-lo and/or overhead crane in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow 5S standards and keep a safe, clean workspace.
• Identify and address safety concerns to sustain a zero-injury environment.
• All other duties assigned.
