Lockheed Martin is seeking a Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor in Liverpool, NY, reporting to the Production Operations Manager. You will oversee daily operations of a work group to ensure high-quality products, on-time delivery, and strong performance metrics.

You will supervise a team, plan assignments, and coordinate activities to boost throughput while maintaining a safe, inclusive workplace and effective communication with internal/external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Must obtain an interim clearance prior to starting and have the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
• Working Knowledge of MS Office Software and Systems.
• Proven ability to manage cost, quality, and schedule metrics.
• Experience managing hourly performance, assignments, training, labor records, and overtime schedules.

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for a position in Liverpool, NY. This role reports to the Production Operations Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a work group, ensuring high-quality products, excellent performance, and on-time delivery. All functions and job duties assigned to the Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, include, but are not limited to:

• Daily supervision of a team
• Planning and assigning work to direct reports
• Coordination of activities to increase throughput and reduce inefficiencies

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
