Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st shift in Wisconsin. The role requires operating stand-up forklifts, narrow aisle sit-down forklifts, and an order picker while loading, unloading, and staging orders. You will follow WMS and safety protocols and contribute to accurate inventory counts.

The position involves daily pre-shift checks, cycle counts, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced distribution environment with PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating stand-up forklift, narrow aisle sit-down forklift, and order picker preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience working in warehouse or distribution center environments.
• Ability to read pick lists, use RF scanners, and follow inventory systems.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts, narrow aisle sit-down forklifts, and order picker equipment to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and stage customer orders using an order picker at various rack heights.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently.
• Move products to storage locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks when required.
• Follow warehouse management system (WMS) instructions using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Inspect forklifts daily and complete pre-shift safety checks.
• Maintain clean aisles and organized storage locations.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies for powered industrial truck operation.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
