Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Multifamily Superintendent for a premier Nashville project. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel, monitor schedules, and enforce safety to ensure milestones are met.

The successful candidate will read and interpret construction plans, exercise strong leadership, and uphold quality control and regulatory compliance on a permanent, on-site basis. Excellent communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.
