Multifamily Property Manager - New Acquisition

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Increase property revenue by building a high-performing sales and service team.
  • Assess, train, and develop your team on sales and operational best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure property excellence.
  • Be accessible to community needs, including nights and weekends if required.
  • Support team efforts across multiple locations as needed.
  • Manage client/owner relationships through meetings, community tours, updates, and responding to owner requests.
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and service issues promptly.
  • Follow procedures related to evictions, including notices, court representation, and proper documentation.
  • Participate in daily huddles to discuss company virtues, goals, wins, and success stories.
  • Prepare budget strategies and draft annual operating budgets by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, operational reports, and capital needs.
  • Analyze market and economic trends to develop marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
  • Complete required training to stay current with company standards, policies, and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate Has
  • At least 3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in luxury communities.
  • 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams.
  • Solid business acumen with P&L management experience.
  • A college degree is preferred.
