Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance, facilities, or related experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests as instructed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Install control and distribution apparatus and monitor equipment function.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and report equipment malfunctions.
