Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the District West property. The role emphasizes upkeep, make-readies, and preventative maintenance to preserve the property's physical integrity.

You will work on site in Greenville, SC, with a benefits package including PTO, holidays, health coverage, 401k, and life/disability insurance. A valid driver's license and HVAC/certification readiness help, plus strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license required.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; on-call nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make-ready tasks.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Provide weekly parts/material list.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with teammates.
• Provide professional service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
