Ironcore Construction in California is seeking a Project Engineer to join our multifamily construction team. You will support the documentation, coordination, and closeout activities, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality projects on time.

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates in Construction Management or Civil Engineering who want hands-on experience, Procore and document control exposure, and a path toward project

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, specs and shop drawings.
• Basic understanding of contract documents and the RFI process.
• Entry-level exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• RFI management: review, submit, and track RFIs with stakeholders.
• Document control: maintain plans and slip-sheets in Procore.
• Submittal management: log and coordinate submittals and due dates.
• Project closeout: assemble manuals, warranties, and as-builts.
• Meetings & communication: prepare agendas and meet minutes; track actions.
• Procore management: keep project data accurate and organized.
• SmartBarrel & compliance: monitor subcontractor docs and compliance.
• Punch list: assist with creating and closing items with the team.
