Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years multifamily plumbing, 2 years in commercial plumbing.
• Knowledge of UPC/plumbing codes.
• Journeyman’s License with minimum 4 years’ field plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems per codes.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine work details and procedures.
• Direct apprentice plumbers and laborers in pipe cutting, preassembly and installation.
• Install underground storm, sanitary and water piping systems and extend piping to connect fixtures.
