Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years multifamily plumbing, 2 years in commercial plumbing.
• Knowledge of UPC/plumbing codes.
• Journeyman’s License, which includes a minimum of 4 years’ field plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings using various joining methods.
• Detect leaks by testing with water or air and monitoring pressure gauges.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine work details and procedures.
• Study building plans to plan installation around obstructions and coordinate with team.
