ResProp Management in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for move-in and to maintain attractive common areas and overall property condition. You will handle a variety of maintenance tasks and support residents with timely responses to work orders.

Formación

• At least 1 year of general maintenance or repair experience.
• Trade skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting and related tasks.
• Trade licensing preferred but not required.
• Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Be within 30 minutes of the community and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Perform maintenance to keep pools, clubs, parking lots and common areas clean and safe.
• Respond to work orders timely and complete tasks with quality.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests and vendors.
• Maintain property value via preventative maintenance.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them.
• Use software to track work and performance.
