Job summary

Abbey Residential is hiring a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartment homes to look their best and be move-in ready. This full-time position includes an on-call rotation and opportunities to earn a strong bonus through our program.

We’re seeking detail-oriented, energetic team players with at least 1 year of multifamily maintenance or make-ready experience; HVAC certification is a plus. You’ll assist with appliance moves, fixtures, painting, and grounds upkeep while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance or make-ready experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with moving and replacing appliances.
• Inspect, repair, or replace faucets, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, and plugs.
• Perform light painting, drywall patching, and caulking.
• Replace or repair ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, and more.
• Change HVAC filters and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Clean carpets using commercial equipment.
• Assist with apartment trash-outs and property grounds upkeep.
• Support the team with after-hours on-call maintenance (required rotation).
