Job summary

Management Support’s Onion Creek Luxury Apartments in Austin, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and routine maintenance on multipurpose building systems. The role supports the on-site team and reports to the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.

Requires 1+ year in building trades or apartment maintenance; HVAC certification preferred. On-site 40-hour schedule with rotating weekend coverage; hourly pay $26.00–$29.00 with training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year experience in building trade/apartment maintenance.
• HVAC certification or ability to obtain (employer pays).
• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair skills.
• Lift and carry 30 lbs up three flights of stairs if no elevator.
• Rotating on-call after-hours schedule.
• Current driver's license with non-rated auto insurance to be verified.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.
• Understand and follow written policies.
• Work under the direction of the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
• Promptly and expertly attend to preventive and routine maintenance.
• Prompt completion of service requests and emergency responses.
