The role emphasizes hands-on work, teamwork with the Community Manager, compliance with safety standards, after-hours on-call rotation, and strong resident service.

Qualificações

• Previous apartment, multifamily, residential, or similar maintenance experience.
• General maintenance and repair skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and other building systems.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine repairs.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the physical condition of the community, apartments, common areas, amenities and grounds.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete resident service requests accurately and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and inspect vacant homes for readiness.
• Perform general repairs across plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry and other areas.
• Follow safety standards, OSHA requirements and established maintenance procedures.
