Job summary

Birchstoneres is seeking a Service Technician to ensure maintenance at their community in the Town of Florida, NY. This position involves executing regular and preventative maintenance while completing service requests timely and accurately.

Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma, relevant certifications, and a solid background in property maintenance, including knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Must have six months of experience in maintenance.
• Proven experience in multi-family property maintenance preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance at Birchstone community.
• Execute regular and preventative maintenance programs.
• Complete service requests and repairs timely.
