Are you passionate about problem-solving and fulfilling work? Augusta Rental Homes seeks to recruit a skilled and diligent Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team. This individual will be responsible for maintenance and turnovers at a portfolio of apartment communities in the Richmond County or Columbia County, GA area.

Our objective is to guarantee a secure and pleasant living environment for residents, guests, and employees. We are looking for an exceptional team member. The Maintenance Technician will execute assigned responsibilities and additional duties as directed by the Portfolio Manager. This is a full-time position with eligibility for gas reimbursements, health/dental/vision coverage, and 401(k) plan participation.

Compensation:

$23 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and coordinate all needed rent-ready repairs and services to meet deadlines
• Diagnose and perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, appliances, doors, locks, and fixtures
• Correct unsafe conditions and maintain a professional appearance for all communities
• Support the Augusta Rental Homes team to provide superior service
• Maintain a clean and professional property at all times
