Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance with building systems and repairs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
• Experience performing unit turns and preventive maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly per company standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, and carpentry.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including after-hours on a rotating basis.
• Assist with unit inspections and move-in/move-out repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment per schedule.
• Maintain pools, mechanical rooms, and common areas in good condition.
• Support curb appeal by keeping property clean and well-kept.
• Prepare rent-ready units on schedule and assist with capital improvements as needed.
• Maintain tools and shop organization; follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate with residents professionally.
