SPM, LLC in Hattiesburg, MS seeks a hands‑on maintenance technician to keep our community in top condition. You will manage repairs and preventive maintenance, focusing on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, while ensuring prompt service requests and strong resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior property maintenance experience, HVAC certification if possible, and excellent communication and teamwork. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred and prior maintenance experience.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer‑focused service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the community inside and out.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours with care.
• Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain curb appeal and grounds.
• Rotate on-call duties with the maintenance team.
