Qualifications

• Comfortable using iPad and mobile devices.
• Effective and professional communicator.
• Team player focused on quality service.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Able to work an active shift for ~8 hours.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable and follow through on commitments.
• Detail-oriented and adherent to company standards.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance on each apartment for move-ins/turnovers.
• Close out work orders within 24 hours.
• Maintain common areas for safety and appearance.
• Ensure resident satisfaction with quality repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations.
• Repair and maintain unit appliances, HVAC, and building systems.
• Keep grounds clean and free of trash and debris.
• Comply with Fair Housing regulations and ordinances.
• Complete other tasks as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
