Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in maintenance.
• Knowledge of applicable state, local, and federal housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including repairs and housekeeping.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
• Perform on-call emergency procedures as required.

Skills

Knowledge of maintenance functions

Education
