Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide excellent service.
• Conduct property tours and highlight amenities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms.
• Process applications, leases, renewals, and move-in docs.
• Maintain resident information in management systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance and handle work orders.
• Support retention and community events.
• Help maintain organized leasing office.
