Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics while driving schedules and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and hands-on field coordination with Project Managers to maintain project momentum from ground-breaking to closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience.
• Experience with wood-frame, podium, wrap, or mixed-use residential projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of safety, inspections, QA/QC, and field coordination.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics.
• Drive project schedules and maintain 3-week look-ahead planning.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and proactively resolve field issues.
• Partner closely with the Project Manager to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate trade sequencing.
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and support project closeout.
