Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is partnering with a well-established California general contractor to grow its multifamily division. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration, coordinating with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or P6, and MS Office experience required; a Bachelor's in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Experience leading owner meetings and coordinating project teams.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project (or P6), and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution from buyout through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and cost control.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project.
• Lead OAC meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and procurement.
• Partner closely with the Superintendent to keep projects on schedule.
• Mentor and support Project Engineers while driving successful project delivery.
