Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business plans including investment objectives, compliance goals, marketing positioning, team, asset quality, and financial goals and objectives.
• Perform on-site property visits and conduct property reviews to evaluate performance.
• Help create, implement, and follow-up on corrective action plans for deficiencies found at the property.
• Proactively create new initiatives to further enhance property performance.
• Review monthly and annual financial statements.
