Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience preferred; internships or strong analytical capability will be considered.
• Experience or interest in multifamily acquisitions, development, asset management, real estate finance, brokerage, construction, or investment analysis.
• Strong interest in growing with an entrepreneurial, vertically integrated real estate platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, perform underwriting, and support analyses for investment decisions.
• Conduct market research to evaluate submarket fundamentals, rent comps, demand drivers, and project positioning.
• Prepare internal investment summaries, lender packages, investor materials, and capital-raising materials.
