Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience required

Responsibilities

• Perform production operator duties, including reading and interpreting mix sheets, verifying raw materials, mixing product, packaging, labeling, and completing finished goods.
• Set up new jobs, close out finished orders, review production paperwork, and start up or shut down equipment as needed.
• Inspect parts, materials, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform general building and grounds maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, repairs, and upkeep of facility structures.
• Maintain company grounds, including lawn mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanup, and general outdoor maintenance as needed.
