The position involves ensuring budgets and schedules are controlled, coordinating testing/training events, and guiding complex IT support and range integration across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing major projects in Multidomain Operations with a focus on Electronic Warfare.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification (or equivalent Project Management credential).
• Experience coordinating with external contributing agencies and internal functional units.
• Proven ability to control and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, develop, design, and direct major projects in Multidomain Operations at the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center.
• Oversee testing and training events, INNG infrastructure and IT support, and multi-domain range complex integration.
• Coordinate across internal functional elements and external contributing agencies to establish responsibilities, manage expectations, and control budgets and schedules.
