Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Intelligence Collection Manager in McLean, VA to provide expert guidance across SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT collection management for an IC customer. This role requires extensive multidisciplinary experience and the ability to brief senior leaders and policymakers.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Poly.
Typically requires a BA degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience.
Extensive experience in SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT collection management and an in-depth understanding of the policies and collection processes.

Responsibilities

Provide SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT collection management advice with expert knowledge.
Produce collection postures and support collection caucuses with products and recommendations.
Assist in the production of collection emphasis messages and other collection products.
Support decision makers on collection management issues with written products and briefings for senior IC members, policymakers, and Congress.
