Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Denver in Thornton, CO, seeks a Clinical Liaison to educate and build relationships with referral sources across the Metro Denver Territory, with travel involved. The role includes obtaining referrals and completing eRehab or LTRAX assessments, and participating in planning Vibra's Business Departmental plan.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active professional license in the state where support is provided.
• Recent healthcare experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home health.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Educate and problem-solve with referral sources; build relationships with accounts.
• Obtain referrals and complete eRehab or LTRAX assessments.
• Contribute to planning, organizing and executing the Business Departmental plan.
• Travel routinely within metro Denver; occasional overnight travel.
