Job summary

Tyson Foods in Fayetteville, AR is seeking entry-level Utility Labor team members to support multiple production lines (Tortilla, Taco, Corn, Packing) across day, evening or night shifts. This role requires learning and performing various jobs within the facility and moving between departments as needed.

You will follow food safety and GMP standards, monitor equipment, and maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene.

Qualifications

• Entry-level general labor duties and learning across multiple departments.
• Must follow food safety, quality assurance and production requirements.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and move between departments as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform Utility Labor functions across multiple departments as assigned.
• Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and production requirements.
• Immediately notify Supervisor/QA of any contamination or food safety concerns.
• Monitor equipment for damage, wear, or malfunction and report concerns.
• Demonstrate proficiency within the 10-working-day training period.
• Ensure products meet established quality and customer specifications.
• Safely operate assigned equipment and comply with safety policies.
• Maintain GMPs and personal hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work cooperatively with team to achieve production goals.
• Follow all company policies and work instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
