Job summary

Filtration Group - Finishing, a leading manufacturer and distributor of filters and related products, is seeking a production operator to operate machinery across multiple departments, monitor production, and ensure safety and quality. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, using hand tools, and adapting to shifts as needed.

You will train new operators, help maintain a clean, organized work area, and report any deviations from production schedules or quality standards to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate in three or more departments on critical equipment.
• Knowledge of company products and procedures.
• Customer focused with a strong attention to detail.
• Able to work overtime on short notice.
• Able to reach, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs.), twist, squat, push and pull.
• Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery across multiple departments in a production setting.
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train new operators and provide guidance as needed.
• Shift between departments based on demand fluctuations.
• Support Line Leads and Group Leads to follow the production schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area; report deviations.
