Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of multi-craft experience.
• Experience troubleshooting advanced PLC control systems.
• Ability to lead by example with safety and attendance.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office and KC systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment; perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
• Shift technician group covers for each other.
• Report to Asset Team Leader or Reliability/Engineering Team Leader; receive work from Maintenance Planners.
• Coordinate with customers (Team Leader, Maintenance, Operating Crews, Engineers).
• Leverage multi-craft knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
