Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Corinth, MS is seeking a Shift Reliability Technician (Multicraft) to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems on a 12-hour rotating shift. You’ll work with Maintenance Planners and leaders to keep the Corinth Nonwovens plant running safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates combine multi-craft experience with PLC control knowledge, leadership by example, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years multi-craft experience in a manufacturing environment or related education.
• Experience troubleshooting advanced PLC control systems.
• Demonstrate leadership by example, safety-focused, and reliable attendance.
• Basic computer skills using MS Office and KC systems.
• Can pass pre-employment screening and drug/background checks.
• Can pass PAT after offer.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment problems, perform repairs, and complete preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Report to Asset Team Leader or Reliability/Engineering Team Leader and receive work directions from Maintenance Planners.
• Coordinate and communicate with team leaders, maintenance staff, operators, and engineers.
• Leverage multi-craft expertise with mechanical, electrical, and process systems.

About You

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

In this role, you will:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment problems, perform repairs, and complete preventive maintenance tasks to support Corinth Nonwovens Plant operations.

• Maintain a work schedule of rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. The shift technician group covers shifts for each other for scheduled time off.

• Report to the Asset Team Leader or the Reliability and Engineering Team Leader and receive work directions from one or more Maintenance Planners.

• Coordinate and communicate with a wide variety of customers (Team Leader, Maintenance Employees, Operating Crews, and Engineers.

• Leverage strong multi-craft expertise with hands‑on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and process systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.

• Have 3 years of multi-craft experience in a manufacturing environment or a combination of relevant degrees and experience. A skill knowledge evaluation may be administered to help determine breadth of knowledge.

• Must have specific experience troubleshooting advanced PLC control systems.

• Be able to demonstrate leadership by example through personal integrity, working safely, maintaining attendance within policy, and implementing improvements.

• Have basic computer skills using MS Office programs and K-C computer-based support systems.

• Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.

• Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance with 5+ years of hands‑on industrial multi-craft experience (mechanical and electrical) with significant troubleshooting experience and knowledge of Rockwell Automation PLC controls.

Starting Hourly Wage: $34.83 USD
