Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform reliability, repair and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in our Kentucky plant. You will apply multi-craft skills, read diagrams, and use SAP/M3 for records and reports.

The role involves leading tasks, coordinating with other crafts, and ensuring safety, quality, and plant efficiency. Shift schedule is 5:30pm–5:40am with 2/2/3 rotation, every other weekend off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must show proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines and inspection tools for maintenance tasks.
• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Leads other craft and non-craft workers on tasks.
• Maintains records and reports using SAP and M3.
• Reads diagrams and manuals to perform repairs.
• Repairs electrical and mechanical components as needed.
• Ensures safety and housekeeping in work areas.
