Job summary

Butterball, LLC in Arkansas seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding and fabrication tasks to keep our processing equipment running at peak efficiency. You will troubleshoot complex systems, interpret schematics and work with teams to implement improvements while adhering to safety and food safety standards in a high-noise, production environment.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to learn new technologies as Butterball expands

Qualifications

• Follow diagrams, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of complex maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment using diagnostic tools and supervision.
• Performs preventive maintenance and keeps accurate records of work performed.
• Interprets blueprints, schematics and work orders to improve reliability.
• Supports training of other IMTs and production staff.
