Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking a Machine Repair Technician to join the maintenance team in Hastings, Michigan. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-related troubleshooting.
The successful candidate will work on installation, relocation, and commissioning of production machinery, while ensuring safety standards and documentation in the CMMS.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Journeyperson experience or apprenticeship preferred.
- Experience in multicraft maintenance in manufacturing preferred.
Responsabilités
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery and assist with automation faults.
- Install, level, relocate, and commission new equipment.
- Document maintenance tasks in the CMMS.
- Support safety programs and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
