Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Enterprise Cloud Security Architect to lead cloud security architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will shape secure-by-design cloud and hybrid solutions, develop governance models, and reference architectures aligned with Booz Allen’s security strategy.

The role requires deep cloud security expertise, IaC fluency, and experience with multicloud networking. Located in Reston, VA, with ongoing cross-team collaboration and critical IC system support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise security or cloud architecture experience in secured environments.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity tools in enterprise environments and edge workloads.
• Knowledge of IaC concepts (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep).
• Knowledge of multicloud networking, segmentation, routing, and hybrid connectivity.
• Knowledge of cloud security controls, compliance frameworks, and telemetry ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and secure-by-design frameworks.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III cert delivered within 30 days; TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership across Booz Allen’s Enterprise cloud security program.
• Lead multicloud design reviews and governance adoption (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Translate security strategies into cloud-agnostic reference architectures.
• Guide engineering teams on secure-by-design implementations and automation.
• Support architecture direction alignment with security controls and compliance.
• Location: Reston, VA; collaborate across global teams.
