Zusammenfassung

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Cloud/Platform Engineer to design, implement, and secure enterprise cloud platforms across GCP, AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments. You will manage networking, IAM, compute, storage, Kubernetes, and serverless components while provisioning resources with Terraform and GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires hands-on GCP expertise, Terraform, and cloud security governance experience, plus flexibility for hybrid/multicloud work.

Qualifikationen

Job Description

Day To Day:Design, build, automate, secure, and support enterprise cloud platforms, primarily within GCP.Manage cloud networking, IAM, compute, storage, Kubernetes, serverless, backup, and hybrid connectivity across GCP, AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.Provision cloud resources using Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.Troubleshoot cloud platform, networking, identity, performance, reliability, and integration issues.Apply security, compliance, governance, monitoring, disaster recovery, and cost-optimization standards.Partner with architecture, security, networking, DevOps, application, and infrastructure teams while leading cloud initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years in cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or enterprise infrastructure, including 3+ years supporting production cloud environments.2+ years of hands-on GCP experience, plus strong Terraform and GitHub experience.Working knowledge of AWS and Azure, along with a relevant professional cloud certification. A current Google Cloud certification is strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience: associate’s + 6 years, or high school/GED + 8 years.Enterprise GCP landing-zone design experience.Hybrid or multicloud connectivity, Kubernetes, and cloud security controls.Experience in a regulated or highly governed environment.Healthcare or academic medical center experience.Current Google Professional Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, Network Engineer, or Security Engineer certification.
