Job summary

SIMONMILLER is seeking a hands-on Demand / Inventory Planner to own demand and inventory planning across all channels: e-commerce, marketplaces, wholesale and retail. You will analyze stock, forecast needs, and collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, Operations, Production, Retail, and Finance to influence how the business buys and grows.

The role requires 4–7 years in inventory planning/forecasting in retail or e‑commerce, with multichannel experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, merchandising, business, economics, or related field.
• 4-7 years of industry experience in quantitative analysis, inventory planning and/or forecasting in retail, product or e-commerce.
• Ability to build planning processes from spreadsheets and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with Finance to build the 12-month demand forecast across all channels and update inventory OTB.
• Establish reporting and framework based on inventory needs, current/projected stock and selling trends by style.
• Design and implement weekly replenishment for retail stores, marketplaces, and packaging components.
• Monitor inventory levels for all channels by style and category to avoid stockouts and overstock.
• Orchestrate and manage seasonal and core buys for each channel.
