Job summary
JM Wireless LLC in Turlock, CA is seeking a Multi-Unit Retail Store Manager to lead a dynamic team across multiple Metro by T-Mobile locations. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, coach staff, and ensure store profitability.
This role requires 2-4 years of management in retail, a HS diploma, and a passion for sales. Bachelor's degree is preferred. You will collaborate with sales, operations, finance and HR to grow the business and foster an inclusive store culture.

Responsibilities
- Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing efforts.
- Oversee retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
- Coach and develop team members to excel in customer service and sales.
- Resolve customer issues to enhance the Metro by T-Mobile experience.
- Drive sales and operational excellence through new initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Recruit team members passionate about technology and customer relationships.
- Support team growth through training development and mentorship.
- Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices.
- Foster an inclusive team environment.
- Create and maintain schedules within labor budget.
- Oversee store inventory management with daily/monthly stock audits.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.
