JM Wireless, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, seeks a Multi-Unit Retail Sales Manager to lead multiple stores in Stockton, CA. You will coach teams, drive sales, manage schedules and inventories, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of management experience in retail sales.
• 2–4 years in sales and sales management experience.

• Team player mentality with drive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).

Responsibilities

• Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing efforts.
• Oversee all retail operations including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
• Coach and develop team members to excel in customer service and sales.

• Create and maintain a schedule at or under labor budget.
• Oversee store inventory management via daily/monthly stock audits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales
• 2-4 years in sales and sales management experience
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
