NAYA is seeking an Area Manager to lead restaurant management teams across New York. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance and guest satisfaction while building a culture of teamwork and growth.

With 7+ years in restaurant leadership, you will coach managers, manage budgets, and ensure compliance across states, developing talent and delivering strong EBITDA. This role offers growth opportunities within a people-centered brand on the rise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of restaurant management/leadership operations experience.
• Experience with senior operations management across multiple states.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from colleagues.
• Exceptional financial acumen.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-unit operational and financial health.
• Coach, develop and mentor managers and team members.
• Drive 4-wall EBITDA while elevating guest experience.
• Build succession planning and growth initiatives.
• Maintain an employee-oriented and guest-focused culture.
• Hire, onboard and train all restaurant positions.
• Review P&L with GMs and adjust as needed.
• Partner with HR to ensure accountability.
• Forecast and monitor expenses weekly, monthly and yearly.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve weekly payroll.
• Step in to fill staffing gaps as needed.
